What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone, date of birth), driver's license images, booking history, messages and condition photos, and, during an active trip, the car's location, mileage and fuel level from its connected device.

How we use it

To verify identity and age, process bookings and payments, unlock cars, settle trips, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

Renters and hosts on the same trip see each other's names, messages and trip photos. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never store full card numbers. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and your rights

License images are kept while your account is active. Trip location data is kept for 90 days unless needed for a dispute. You can request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting support; California residents have additional rights under the CCPA.

Security

Data is protected with access rules so users can only see their own trips, and license files are stored privately.
