For injuries, immediate danger or a crime in progress, call 911. Move to a safe location if possible. Do not drive an unsafe vehicle.
Exchange details, photograph damage when safe, obtain a police report where required, and notify the host and 4oreign. Do not admit liability or authorize repairs without approval.
Host support & roadside assistance
Each host arranges roadside service, rental support contacts, legal approval for their rentals and real vehicle devices. Find your host’s contacts in My trips or message them for assistance.

Trip or account issue
For access problems, payment issues, late returns or damage disputes, send a case with your trip details. Cases are not an emergency service.
No phone signal or vehicle access
Contact your host to arrange an authorized handover. Do not force entry or rely on a displayed phone key: real offline keyless access is not connected yet.
